Joan Janas
Joan earned her Real Estate license in 1988, followed by her Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) in 1996, which has given her the ability to help hundreds of corporate relocation transferees.
She also deals extensively with foreclosures and real estate owned homes. But that hasn't put her beyond helping first time home buyers or those looking to downsize their homes. Two years ago she joined the RE/MAX 1st Choice team with Dennis.
She's a long time resident of Southern NH and is a very dedicated member of the community. She and Dennis are huge supporters of RE/MAX's charity efforts.
Dennis Gunnerson
A long time RE/MAX agent, Dennis has been serving Southern NH families for years. Two years ago he became affiliated with RE/MAX 1st Choice in Londonderry, New Hampshire and has loved every minute of it.
He's always on the move around the state, but always makes time to answer calls.
When he isn't managing an open house or meeting with clients, he enjoys spending time outdoors and reading.
